Who we are

TechFoor is a precision manufacturing company in Shenzhen, China. We run two production lines: CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication. We make parts for buyers in North America and Europe, from prototypes through to production runs.

Why we built this

Inquiry handling, quoting, and follow-ups were eating our own time. Inquiries arrived in every format and every state of completeness. Quotes took too long to prepare, and the ones that took longest were often the ones we lost. So we built automation for our own shop — a quote engine driven by our rules and current material prices, and an inquiry pipeline that turns incoming messages into structured records.

What we run today

Both systems run in production on our own work, every day. They were built to fit the tools we already had, not to replace them. That constraint is the reason they work, and the reason they’re useful to other shops: most small industrial businesses are running the same mix of email, spreadsheets, and an older ERP or shop system.

What we do now

We offer to build the same automation for other small industrial businesses — machine shops, fabricators, distributors, and small factories. The work is the same as what we did for ourselves: fit the automation to the systems you already use, and keep a person in charge of every customer-facing decision.

What we don’t claim

We’re not a software company that moved into manufacturing. We’re a manufacturer that built software for itself. We don’t publish certifications we don’t hold, customer logos we don’t have permission to show, or numbers we can’t stand behind.
