Book a demo, or start a paid pilot
The demo is a walkthrough of what we run in our own shop, applied to a scenario like yours. If it looks useful, the next step is a paid pilot on your real inquiries. This page explains both, and what we’d need from you.
What happens after you submit
- We read what you sent and reply within a few working days.
- We schedule a 30-minute call to understand how inquiries and quotes move through your shop today.
- On the call we walk through the demo using your scenario, not a canned one.
- If it’s a fit, we send a short written scope for a pilot: what it will do, what it won’t, what it costs, and how long it runs.
What a pilot involves
A pilot runs on your real inbound inquiries for a fixed period. The automation reads new inquiries and prepares records and quote drafts. Your team reviews everything before anything reaches a customer. At the end, you decide whether to continue — there’s no long-term commitment to start.
What we need from you
- Access to the channel your inquiries arrive on (email inbox, web form, or messaging account).
- A short session to capture your quoting rules: rates, setup times, margins, minimums.
- One person on your side who owns the review step during the pilot.
- A small number of past inquiries and quotes, so we can check the system against how you actually work.
About scope
A pilot covers one channel and one product family or job type. We’d rather prove it on a narrow, real case than promise the whole shop on day one. Everything outside that scope is discussed after the pilot, if you want to go further.
